OK, so publishing in Quick View; how easy is that? Well, it's just as easy as plotting in Quick View. Again, I've got numerous drawings open so what we're going to do, no tabs again, bottom left. I'm using purely Quick View Layouts and Quick View Drawings. So let's go to Quick View Layouts here on the Status Bar and as you can see, look. There's my Model Tab and Layout Tab. So I'm going to go to my let's say GA Plan here and then I'm going to go to Publish here. Now, when I click on Publish, it opens up the Publish Dialog Box and it gives me absolutely everything. It doesn't just give me the drawing or the layout I've selected. It gives me all of them. Look, there's all the drawings. Look Publishing in Quick View. I've got New Drawing 001, New Drawing 002 and if I scroll down, I've also got New Drawing 003. I've got everything ready to publish. All of them; the whole lot. I've got the Model and also all the Layout Tabs as well. So I could publish absolutely everything if I wanted to. And I'm only doing that from Quick View Layouts right now. So looking at the Publishing Dialog Box, which we'll look at in a lot more detail later on, I've got things like New Drawing 001, Model; there it is there. So I can select that. I can also publish three DWFs if I need to, page setups are there, status, no errors. So I'm going to pick a page setup that I want to use. So there's Publishing in Quick View General there. I can do an A3 Landscape Page Setup or perhaps an A4 Landscape Check Block. I can set whatever I want and then all I do there is select the number of copies and I hit the Publish Button. So I can cancel that now. I'm not going to publish. Do I want to save the current list of sheets? Not in this case. But that's how easy it is. So if I go to Quick View Drawings, is it easy there as well? Well, of course it is. I just select the drawing I want to be in; let's say New Drawing 001 and I pick the layout that I want. So let's go and have a look. I've got an A3 Landscape Layout there. That's my A3 Landscape Layout for New Drawing 001. There's the Publish Icon. Click again, Publish Dialog Box kicks in again and look, I've got exactly the same list. So it's that quick and that easy to publish from Quick View Layouts and Quick View Drawings. Now, I'm not going to bore you by going and changing all the settings in the Publish Dialog Box. We'll do all that later on because we're going to look at publishing in a lot more detail. I'd rather not confuse you with it right now. All I wanted to show you there was how easy it was to publish from either Quick View Layouts or Quick View Drawings. Let's look at Publish later and what I'll do now is cancel the Publish Dialog, save the current list of sheets, no and I'll go back to Quick View Drawings here, go back to my 08 Publishing in Quick View Drawing here and I'll select the A3 Landscape Tab. So there we are; A3 Landscape Layout there and basically now close Quick View Drawings and I'm back to where I was when I started off in the beginning. So it's that easy to publish in Quick View Layouts and Quick View Drawings. It's as quick and as easy as plotting is in Quick View Layouts and Quick View Drawings.
