OK, so once we've plotted to DWF what we need to do is start viewing those DWFs, so if I do an Alt-Tab now you'll see I've actually got a folder open there and there's my Plots Folder and as you can see there's my A2 Landscape DWF and my A3 Check Plot DWF. Notice the numbering where I've changed it in the Publish dialog. So if I double-click on A2 Landscape there it'll kick in Autodesk Design Review, which is my default DWF Viewer, so every time Windows recognizes a DWF it'll open up Design Review and as you can see there's Design Review there. I can zoom, I can pan and you'll notice there's nothing there at the moment in the drawing because there wasn't anything in the Model Space for the Viewports, but you'll notice the Viewports haven't plotted because we set that Layer not to plot. So that's my A2 Landscape DWF. If I do an Alt and Tab again and go back to the Folder and double-click on the A2 Check Plot there, again it'll kick off Design Review, it'll open up another session of it now and you'll see there that there's my other A3 Check Plot as well. So as I zoom and pan I can zoom out and you'll notice that looks slightly different. There's my Plot Stamp, can you see? Kicking in there on each one, so I've got a Plot Stamp there. So as you can see I can view those. Now is you do need DWF Viewer or Autodesk Design Review they are available at www.autodesk.com, go and search for DWF on the website and it'll take you to the page, it tells you all about DWFs and where to download the software. So now at the end of your Project you should be able to save your DWFs, save all your drawings, so you're now ready to go. You can start setting up Title Blocks, you can Plot, Publish and Scale to your heart's content. So now what you need to do is save all your Project files and go back into the office and start setting up all your Title Blocks. Start setting up all your Page Setups. Start setting up all your Plots so that when your boss next talks to you about Plotting out a drawing you can say, Yep. That's fine. No problem. It's all ready to go. So that is now the last file in your Project so remember to save it in a known location and you've now finished the AutoCAD Plotting, Publishing and Scaling course.
