Subtitles of the Movie

And it'll actually open up a drawing that'll have that report in it. So there's my Generating a Report there, there's my Schematic 001 Report Drawing. So I just need to right click on that, Properties and do a Drawing Properties and make sure the Sheet value for that is 08 like so, so it's all numerically in the right order and then all I do there is I double click on that to open that drawing. Where's the table? Well, remember we put it in at 00 didn't we? So if we just double click on the wheel, there's our table there. Now the text has come in a bit small and that's because I've used the default settings. So if I go in there, can you see? Look. Tag 9? It's all come in a bit small but that's no problem because what I can do is I can go to Report Format Setup like so, Component, I can open a Format File and I want to open my Scheme 001 Report set. So I'll open that up. There it is there. I then go to Put on Drawing, yeah. And you can see the text heights were well out there, spacings and things were well out. So I'll do a Text Height there of say five and a spacing of say 2.5 like so and I'll OK that. Two point five is smaller than the minimum spacing allowed for text height. Well, that's OK. We'll do that instead. It updates it automatically so I'll OK that now and I'll do a Save As and I'll save over the existing like so, Replace it? Yes. Job done. So that's done. OK? What I'll do now is I'll right click here and I'll remove that from the listing with the project. I'll go to Automatic Reports again, Components, use the report set there, add that and if I browse now, it should find me a drawing there. There it is there. So there's that drawing there. So I click there, Save; cannot use an existing drawing for the report table. OK, well, that's fine. What we'll do there is we'll just quickly check that name again, click there. It was SCHEME001Report. So I'll cancel that and we'll go for SCHEME002Report like so. Click on OK and off it goes. I won't worry about adding this to the actual drawing itself. If I double click there though and then do a Zoom Extents you'll see it looks much better. As you can see, the text is much bigger and all the boxes have been updated. So there's my drawing there and then obviously I'd add that to the project and just do a right click, Properties, Drawing Properties, set the Sheet Value to the appropriate number and there's our report generated on a separate drawing.
