Subtitles of the Movie

I'm now currently in AutoCAD just with a blank drawing open and I've gone to my View Tab here on the ribbon and I need to go to my Palettes Panel here and go to this Icon here, Markup Set Manager. When I click on that Markup Set Manager you'll notice I've got a Markup Set opened already. What I'm going to do now is I'm just going to click here and go to Open and I'm going to look in my Drawings Folder, you'll notice there's my Rev1 DWF just to show you the process of how I got there in the Markup Set Manager. So when I click on Open now that will actually open up, it says it's a read only copy, that's because I've got it opened already there. I'm going to say No to that because I don't need to open it again. But you'll notice now, look, there's my Publishing Drawings Drawing and there's my Please Check Door Type. So if I double-click here like so, it'll actually open up the drawing but what it will also show me is the Markup from the DWF there. So I can now click on the Plus Sign here and I can Check here, Please Check Door Type and I can actually hit that Markup there and I can mark it up as Done. So that is now done and as soon as that's done there it'll disappear from the drawing. So that Markup is now complete, so as soon as I close here that Markup disappears because it's completed. What I would now do is go to my Publish again and I'll go Publish here and what I would do is I would then Publish again. Now I didn't save my list of sheets when I was publishing so I've got all this information here. You'll see there's various layouts and things not initialized there. But you can see there, there's A1 Landscape. So what I would do is I would publish that to a DWF File again, that would then be saved as Revision 2 rather then Revision 1 and thus the audit trail goes on until the drawing complete and the building goes out for construction to the builder. I'm just going to Cancel that there now and do you want to save the current list of sheets? No I don't know. So as you can see when you're publishing now only can you publish, but you can use Autodesk Design Review to actually set-up red lining, auditing, checking. So you can take this through the whole drafting process. You'll notice there I've got drawing 17 publishing drawings open, it's even known which drawing to open with the red line markup on it from the DWF. Clever stuff, especially when you need to check and audit drawings.
