We're now in Autodesk Design Review which is a free piece of software that can be downloaded from the Autodesk website, www.autodesk.com backslash DWF. If you go to the DWF part of the website you can download all of the DWF Tools including Autodesk Design Review. If I now go to Open, my current folder is the folder where I save those DWF's from my Plot Files. So I can now open up my Layout 1 Plot there and you'll see there it is. I can also zoom and pan so notice I can pan, I can zoom in and out and actually look real close at the detail on that drawing. So I can now look at information like that. What I can also do if I go to something like Revision here, I can add a Rectangle Call Out with a Revision Cloud, there's my Revision Cloud there and what I might put there is something along the lines of Revised Hole Diameter. So I can actually red line my drawing like so. So you can see there that I've red lines that, if I zoom out a little bit now I got a Revision Cloud with red lining on my drawing. This DWF can then be saved, sent back to the originator of the DWF who can open it in AutoCAD using the Mark Up Manager. Now that's DWF so if I save this now that DWF has been saved with that information on it. So what I'm going to do now I'm just going to minimize and I'm going to go back to AutoCAD and I'm going to open up that particular drawing, that 1302 drawing. So if I go to open now and there's my 1302 plotting drawing there I can now go to my Mark up Manager. So if I go here and go to File here and Load Mark up Sets, now isn't go to find that Mark up Set, now the good thing is its in my default folder here so there's my 1302 Layout 1. If I open that up now it gives me the opportunity to look at that Layout 1 and there's my revised Whole Diameter Revision there. If I double click on Layout 1 though here, it will open up that drawing and it will also show me the Revision. So notice the Revision appears there when I right click and go Open Sheet. So what I can do now, that Revised Whole Diameter if I click on it, click on the Mark up Status here and say that it's done. It then when I close this will disappear, I can then replot to DWF, add a new Revision. So I have an Audit Trail to look at my DWF Files. I can also in DWF in my Design review open up my drawing that I plotted from the Model Space, mark that up again using the Mark up Set manager.
