Alright. As we wrap things up in this module here, I want to turn our focus back to the contents of the cells themselves and the way that these will appear is sometimes a function of the width of the column and the height of the row. So where this comes into play is where you're adding text to a cell and you just keep typing and so on. I'll get it right here. And so when I press enter or the arrow keys, you can see the results. So a lot of times what people do is that they'll say, well, I need to adjust this here. If I give it a double click, that provider bar, it will adjust itself automatically to fit the text and no more. Also, what can happen is people will do this and notice how that affects the cell. Now, the reason why all this is in place is because of the wrap option that's in the cell. So because the text is wrapping, as I expand the column width here, it will adjust how many lines are necessary for that particular piece of text. If I uncheck that, then it goes across and then maybe I'll be able to see the contents there, but if I put in content here, just more text, again that goes away. So I'll delete this text, hit the arrow key and see the result again. So wrap becomes a very important factor in whether or not you're able to see the information in a cell sometimes. The other part again is this. Expanding, and if I hold the mouse between a row heading or a column heading and then click and drag, I can expand the amount of room that is given for that cell or that row. Now, you can end up with sometimes a messy table and there's a couple ways to fix those messy tables that you may have created and one of those ways is to make a selection of a range, so in this case I'm just selecting B, C and D and I held down the Shift key when I made my first selection, so let me select the table again, show you that again. So I'll click the B column heading, I'll come over to D, holding down the Shift key I clicked again and what I'll do now is use the table menu to kind of clean up what I've done formatting wise. I can distribute the rows evenly, I can distribute the columns evenly in my selection. So if I distribute the rows evenly and make a little adjustment and the rows look a little nicer. Now, that can affect some text that you see here, but that's just the sacrifice and again, we can deal with this with our word wrap options or just maybe put some other text in a different cell or maybe just expand that one only because not all of the tables that we have will show these cell borders like this one does. So there's lots of adjustments we can make, obviously. The other thing we can do with our selection is that we can use the table menu and distribute the columns evenly. Just like that. So those are a couple different ways to clean up and manage, manipulate your column width and your row height. The other way that you can do that of course is with the inspector and there should be a table inspector here where when you make a selection in the table, you can set these things manually. But again, I prefer some of the techniques that I've just showed you, which is to just use your clicks and drags. You can do double clicks and if I shrink this too far, give it a double click, it will give me as much space as needed to create those numbers and then you can make other adjustments using the table menu and you can resize rows and resize columns to fit contents. So we have these earlier, distribute rows evenly and columns evenly. You could resize your column to fit the content just like that. And let's just make sure and show you what's going to happen with the B column selected here with that same option. We'll go to the table menu and we will resize the columns to fit content and we'll get something like that. Now, that is with the wrap. If you want this to show, it may be because of the wrap property of the cell. With the word wrap enabled, the text just keeps going down in the cell. Without that checked, let's do that same thing. So we'll select B or we can just select here and we'll go table, resize columns to fit content and that is what happens.
