Alright this module continues that discussion of adding pictures and music to a spreadsheet, yes even a spreadsheet, and then dealing with the placeholders to the guts of movies and pictures and sound that's all been added. By the way if you click on a sound file or if you add a sound file, so we've done that earlier and then used the inspector, not the media browser, but the inspector, you have the same options as far as start and stop and looping and the volume, so that you can preview your handy work there. So that's going to be background music for that slide or least it's going to be in the slide for it to be able to play. So very cool. Now can we reuse this? Let's just say we fell in love with this and we want to base further spreadsheets off of this template here. What do we do? Well one of the things we can do and it really doesn't matter here, but under the format menu once again, remember we can go to advance and we can either define it as a placeholder or not. So now it's not a placeholder, this is a placeholder. So maybe you want two images that are always going to be the same and a placeholder for that and a placeholder for that, who knows. But you have the option is what I am just trying to get across. Now let's take this and let's save this as a template and so in my templates I'll save it as VTC itinerary. Alright so there, we just made the save, it saved into my templates, so what does that mean? Well it means that I can simply close this and actually I'm going to cancel, I'm just going to create a new document from this right away. Let's just click on file, new from template chooser and now you'll get a little section here called my templates. So there's VTC itinerary and there's the one we just created, so let's choose it and let's see what happens. Look familiar? Of course it does, we have a sound file, which you can double click, we have a movie file and we have these pictures, some of these pictures are placeholders, some of them are not. This is not this is a placeholder, I think it is. This should be a placeholder. That is a placeholder for sure. So again now we can get back out our media, we might want to add different photos, we can drop it right there and it all just works the way you think it should. So, great little way to, take your work that you've done, take something that's really cool, really impressive and reuse it, over and over again.
