I'm a big fan of Podcasts, whether they're video or just audio, because when I'm working on my own projects they entertain me, so not only do I create them I like to listen to them. So I want to share with you how you can find Podcasts that you can subscribe to and where to find them in your iTunes Library once you do. Now first of all I'm going to head over to the iTunes Store, which you already see that I'm in and right here in the left Menu we have this Podcast button. Click this guy one time and then you'll be taken to the Podcast section. Let me go ahead and just move this over so we can focus. Here we see some new releases and then you can also browse for what you're looking for. Likewise, you can come down here and choose Video Podcasts or Audio Podcasts, and a genre. So let me go ahead and move this down a little bit so we can choose things like Education, Games and Hobbies, Music, and everything else. I'm a big fan of the Technology ones, so I'm going to click on Technology and one of my favorite people to listen to, of course, is Leo LaPorte, hey Leo, what's up man? So, here's Leo and he's awesome, and there's a lot of Podcasts that you can choose from in this category, whether you want to learn more about Photoshop, or a TWIT, which stands for This Week In Technology, which is also these guys here, Wired, PC, Apple, all kinds of stuff. So that's how you can find a Podcast. Now I'm going to go ahead and click on the Tech guy and show you how to subscribe. So, let's say I want to listen to this Podcast. What I can do is I can choose, first of all to see whether it's clean or it's not appropriate for younger people, and of course, Leo is clean. I click right here to see that it's free and also that I can subscribe. So I click here and then what happens is it will download the most current version, sometimes two episodes, if I'm not mistaken, and it will wind up in your Library. Let me go back over here now and show you that we now have a download occurring. This is going to wind up in the Podcast section right here. So I'll click Podcast and in a moment I'll be taken to my Podcast that I have subscribed to, and notice that Leo LaPorte the Tech Guy is currently downloading, and when I twirl this guy open I can see that I'm getting the latest issue, or version of the Podcast or episode, and if I want to get others I can click Get All, and this is really if you like it a lot, or you can click one at a time and get the latest ones down in the row. I can also scroll over using this bar on the bottom to find out about the other topics, so I can not only see the name of the show but what's going on in each episode. That's really handy. Alright, let's head over to the Web this time, and I want to also show you that not all Podcasts are going to be listened to on your iPod. For example, another Podcast that I like listening to is based on a video game show that's on G4 TV, and the guy's name is Adam Sessler and his Podcast is called Sessler's Soapbox, and it's pretty funny, and pretty opinionated about the video game industry, but it's pretty good stuff, so I listen to this one a lot, and there are all kinds of other ones. Blizzard Entertainment, the creators of World Warcraft and Diablo, and Starcraft have one called Blizzcast, and as you can see there are all kinds of websites dedicated to Podcasts. We have Podcast Alley, Podcast.com, Science Podcast, which is from Scientific American, ESPN Radio, and as I showed you Sessler's Soap Box. So, definitely check out the world of Podcasts if you haven't already. The audio ones are great for listening to in your car, and the video ones are great and they'll keep you company while you're working on other projects.
