Hey everybody, let's take a quick wrap up of some of the things we covered in iLife 09. As you know we did quite a bit of work because we went through a wide range of applications that make up the Suite. Let's start off with iPhoto. In iPhoto we learned about Places, which is brand new, and allows you to have your GPS-enabled camera, or the information you input on your own, put a person with a place. So we can click on the i and we can see where this picture was taken. And you can even add a description. Morgan is cooler than we are. We already know that. We also had Faces, which allowed us to use facial recognition technology to have iPhoto tell us who people are, and if it needed a little hand we could also help it and tell iPhoto who some of the people are in the photos as well. We also talked about some of the new features like the ability to send your images to Facebook, and to use E-mail and Flickr and MobileMe and all kinds of good stuff. Moving right along, let's go to iDVD. In iDVD we spent some time talking about how to build a DVD and talked about how to do some very modest customization. Not much has changed with this application, but it's still very powerful and it does its job very well. In GarageBand we talked about how to make our own music based on loops, how to edit those loops, and how to use things like the Arrange Track to really get our songs the way we want them to go. We also talked about how to search for loops, and how to search for loops we created. We talked about also how to use the new features inside of it, such as the Artist Lessons and how to make a Ringtone. Let's head over to iWeb where we created a website from scratch, with nothing. We talked about how to build pages, how to move things around, and to use the little wells here to drag images right on into, and how to copy and put text where we want it as well. We also talked about how to create our own Blog, which is pretty much what people are doing these days, but I think all the Blogs I think are going to go the way of the microblog, like Twitter, eventually. And let's go ahead and head over to iMovie where we talked about the really cool Travel Maps, Stabilization, and where we built a movie from scratch called Hungry Bunnies 4, bringing our own images in, videos, rather, and also how to bring in audio. So, I hope you guys had a good time learning how to use iLife '09, and use the application to create everything because really, the Suite is a digital hub. You can use it for your photographs, your movies, and you can make music, so everything you need is right there on your Mac.
