Subtitles of the Movie

Even though it's called iPhoto, you can use it as a play to store video as well and it's really handy, especially for me as an animator to have everything in iPhoto so I can quickly find making of videos or progress shots as I work on a film. So let me show you how to bring this in two different ways here. The first way I will use to go to the file menu and choose import to library. On my desktop, I have a videos folder and they contain two of my trailers. One is an mpeg format and the other is a QuickTime movie. So I'll go ahead and shift select both of them and click import and since I already imported these earlier, it's asking me if I'd like to bring in the duplicate or don't import them. So I'm going to click apply to all duplicates and import. Now I have the two videos brought into the last import category and what I could do at this point is create a brand-new album for them if I want to, but I'm going to bring these in again and show you another way to bring in video. I'm also going to double click on one of these. As you can see, it opens up the QuickTime Player. Very, very handy when you want to see your videos in one fell swoop. So I don't have to look all over my hard drive to find my favorite movies. Now what I'm going to do is I'm going to bring in the videos in a different way. I'm going to drag the entire videos folder right into the albums area right here. So I'm going to move this down and I'll click and I will drag right on top of albums and once again, since I already imported them, I'm getting that same message. So I'll import them again, but this time the videos folder retains its name and it lives now in my source list. So it's a really nice way to bring your videos into iPhoto and keep all your images and movies in one nice, neat package.
