Subtitles of the Movie

Ok as you can see all of my icons are blue because I click the publish button down here and I did this earlier because it took a little while to get that QuickTime movie up there and I didn't want to have you guys sit there and wait for this thing to publish and then turn blue. But let's go and see the webpage in all of its glory on the real live Internet. So I'm going to switch over to Safari and as you can see this is the address and this is the real page. Here's the welcome page and when I move my mouse over the buttons we see that we have a little hand that indicates that the pages are live and if you look in the bottom left hand here you'll see some text appear that tells us where its going to go when we hover our mouse over it. And let's check our links, let's see if it works. I will click here and yes we went to Wikipedia that link works fine, I'll click the back button to go to the last page. Let's try the email me button here, let's see if that works, that link and yes it does, kaboom. So you can send me email and now let's go ahead and see if the rest of our stuff works. So we'll go to gallery next and the gallery will open up with all of our images, let's see if the slideshow works, so I'll go ahead and click play slideshow and it loads and we can press the play button and we can go backwards and there's our slideshow. I'll go ahead and close that now, I'll click on one picture and it blows up that picture and I can download this image, I can play the slideshow again or I can go back to the album that works fine. Let's see what happens when I click subscribe, iPhoto opens and it asks me if I definitely want to subscribe to this photo feed, I'm going to cancel that for now, but that works. So far, so good. Let's go to our movies page now and hopefully the movie will load and there it is, this is the movie and it's loading right now. This is really why you want to have a relatively small file size. I try to aim for 5 megabytes as my max file size so that the movies will stream a lot more quickly and I can press play and enjoy it a lot more smoothly if I could if it was a large, large file. And last but not least let's click the directions page on the link here and here is our map, ready to go, so we can get directions to get to the botanical garden, we can zoom in and out, we can navigate. How cool is that? So everything works, this is the page and this is the result of all the work we went through in iWeb.
