Subtitles of the Movie
Alright, now I'll skip forward a little bit but the concepts will remain the same. You can take the skills and the techniques and the clip steps that I jut showed you and add other camera movements. You can duplicate camera movements, you can change the axis that the camera moves on, which I've done here. I've also created a RAM preview, which let's me show you the finished work that we've created here. So I've modified the dolly so that instead of going around, we go kind of underneath the sphere. We're going to tilt on the X axis and then as far as the dolly, we're going to just gently push in as we go and I've set the speed to ease out both of those items. So with the RAM preview, let me go back to the beginning. We end up with something that looks like this. So that's what our mov looks like and what's more is that this is against a two-dimensional layer that we previously built up to this point. So now we can go back to the Project Pane like so and we can include those items that we have. So we've got a bunch of stars playing baseball. Now we'll have to re-render. But notice how the background now doesn't move. Same thing here; this White Drift. Now we've got it against a white background. So now the entire animation is going to look something like this. Now of course this'll have to re-render but here comes some stars floating across and now we've got a dolly and some movement with our pictures. We could add a little fade in and fade out with the pictures to make it a little more gentle, a little less abrupt for an additional fit and finish but you can see how easy this is to take just a bunch of pictures on your hard drive and make a good show opening or DVD menu, anything like that. In fact, let's just go ahead and do it. Let's just fade in, fade out. So this is going to be grabbed from the library, one of another behavior you have. It's a basic motion behavior. There it is; fade in and fade out. Drag and drop it onto your replicator and now your replicator is fading in and fading out. Now, I won't do a RAM preview of this one but again, you can see the result in a three-dimensional space; a fade as the camera is pushing in, tilting around. If you want to adjust it then go of course to your Inspector Tab.
