Now what I'd like you to do next and this is going to be a little bit time consuming but, trust me, it's definitely going to be worth it once we get our Layout over into Dreamweaver, is I want you to give every single slice inside your Layout a name, so in other words, don't leave them as sequentially numbered or named slices, name all of them. Now I'll get you started here. I'm going to go down to this Go Wheels Go slice and I'll double-click on him and, of course, that brings me into his Slice Options dialog box and I'm going to rename him, I'm going to call him Lead Story. And when you're naming your slices be sure not to use any spaces. So, LeadStory, that's great. I'm going to go ahead and click on OK and then I'll double-click on the Wheels Leads the Crowd slice and I'll call that LeadStory again, but underscore Title, how's that? The other thing I should mention is none of your slices can have the same name. They all have to be uniquely named, so it's going to require, again, a little bit of time and possibly a little bit of creativity here. I'll double-click on the Lead Story Text there, the sort of that placeholder text that we had and I'll call this LeadStory underscore Text, how's that. OK, great. So, that's the idea. So, name all of your slices in that sort of a manner. You can use whatever naming convention you want. Name all of your buttons up on your Header there, name your Ad box, you can just call him Ad if you want, or Ads. Name your Footer, call him Footer, right? Something like this. So let me do another set for you here, just so we have this down. I'm going to head down to the Story 1 slice, I'll double-click on him and, of course, I'm going to call him Story1, click on OK and then we'll double-click on the Story 1 Title - how does Story 1 Title sound? Story1 underscore Title. Perfect. And then one more, the Story 1 Title Text and by the way, I'm using Ctrl or Command here on the Mac to click on my different slices to select them there before I double-click on them. So this would be Story1 underscore Text, something like this. OK, so as I say, it's going to be a little bit time consuming but go ahead and get that done and, as I say, it's definitely going to be worth it once we get this Layout over into Dreamweaver. The only other thing I'm going to say is don't worry about your Auto Slices. You'll notice you have these gray slices between all of your main Layout Blocks, don't worry about them, just name all of your User Based Slices. And, you know, just while I think of it, your Ad box and your Footer box, I think, are going to be the same here. If I right-click on that guy, well, actually no. Sorry. I can certainly go into my Slice Options. I was thinking because it was a Layer Based Slice not a User Slice that we wouldn't be able to name it, but sure enough, Photoshop's going to let us get the job done.
