Another cool feature in Photoshop is the ability to add annotations to your document. We have two types of annotations. We can add simple text notes or audio notes. I've actually added one here. And if I double click on the annotation icon, it will bring up my little text box allowing me to read the text or even edit this text. And it also shows the name of the author that wrote the text. If I wanted to add another text note, all I need to do is select this tool, and click anywhere in my document and it will bring up another little sticky note for me to type in some text. And I'll click the close button to close that. And to the same extent I could add an audio note and I've added one right here. Of course I really can't add one while I'm recording, but I can play one back. So I'm going to select it by clicking on it and you can see that it is active and all I need to do is double click on it to play this audio note. "This picture was taken in Northern California. Be sure to get rid of the color-cast and make it look a little warmer". So if you want to add a little audio note, do the same thing. Choose the audio annotation tool, and go into your image and click once. And it will bring up this dialogue box and all you need to do is click start, and speak into your microphone, and click stop when you are done. These notes will go along with your document, assuming you save it in a Photoshop format. We could also choose to hide these notes, and they are found under the view menu>show. And one of our options is to show or hide the annotations. If you want to delete any notes that you have added, all you need to do is select it by clicking on it, so you can see the highlighted icon and hit the delete key.
