Well as I've mentioned earlier, one of the nice features of Photoshop is the ability to save out a particular type of adjustment as an individual file that you can then load to create that exact same adjustment to another image. I took these two pictures at the same time and you can see they both exhibit a slight hue or color cast - a little bit blue. So what I might do is create one adjustment for one image, and apply it to another image. So with this image up I'm going to go to image menu>adjustments, and I'll just go to levels, and I'll simply click auto and see how that does. And it does a nice job of getting rid of my color cast. And if I wished, I could make further edits, but I'm going to stop right now and choose save. And Photoshop will bring up the save dialogue box, asking me to save this particular collection of adjustment edits as a small file, that I can then load and apply to another image. So I'll just call this hills adjust, and I'm going to save it out on my desktop. I'll say ok to that. And you can see here's that file - says levels. So I'm going to go back to this image in Photoshop, image menu>adjustments>levels. And now without actually doing anything, all I'm going to do is click load and find that file on my desktop and with it selected click load. And Photoshop will instantly make that adjustment to this image based on the one that I saved out as its individual file. So this is a great way of saving a lot of time, if you have to make the same adjustment over and over and over again to several different files. And you can also include this as part of an action script.
