Subtitles of the Movie

For this next lesson you can open up rotating tables.fm or rotating tables.autofm. And you can see the content is actually at the top of my table. We are going to select our table and you can see I can choose: select row; column; body cells only; the whole table; move it to the top left insertion point; add row; column; remove column or row; line top; middle; bottom; straddle; shrink; wrap column list; and custom ruling and shading. Moving right along - we are going to select our entire table. And we will go to table, choose sort, and we are going to do row sort. And we are going to sort by cats, sort by cats, and you are going to choose ascending sort. Now you see frogs, snakes, and birds is at the top. Once we click consider case and then click sort, the content has swapped or re-sorted itself. Now snake, frogs, birds, and dogs, and cats are at the bottom, and now you have the numbers that were once at the bottom, now at the top. Alright it’s time for a little bit of rotation – let’s break this into rotation here. Let’s select the top row, and instead of going to table like we normally do, let’s go to graphics and choose rotate. And what we are going to do, is rotate it according to the presentation here - click rotate and there you go. Now you can actually click and drag upward, and can cycle through the next menu till we go to bold. Go to Control b, or option b, or command b, and we will bold each word here - quite neat. Spin down to the bottom, select the bottom row, go to graphics, choose rotate, and we will rotate it, and now we will go ahead and italicize. We can even turn the content upside down if we wish. And there you go, and that's all there is to it. wish. And there you go, and that's all there is to it.
