You can use the Bridge to put assets right into Encore. But before we do that, I'm going to hop on over to Encore and show you that whenever you want to create something brand new, you can do it from the menus. For example, I can go to the Menu, Menu, which I love saying and choose to create a new menu. Or I can go to the Timeline Menu and create a new Timeline. And I can create a new slideshow right from Encore itself. But since you can't see what you want to deal with visually inside of the Bridge, why not use its power to help you create assets inside of Encore; because that's what this menu is for; Open in Encore As: Asset, Menu, Timeline or Slideshow. Now, elsewhere in the tutorial I show you how to use this feature for slideshows. So what I'm going to do is I'm going to choose the trailer here, the Kid Caramel and once again, don't forget you can preview your asset by scrubbing or pressing the Play Button to view it and then if you're happy with this and this is what you want to bring into Encore, all you have to do is go to the File Menu and choose Open in Adobe Encore As and choose what you want to bring it in as. So I'm going to say bring it in as a Timeline. So I'll choose this and it jumps right over to Encore and here it is. Here's my new timeline and here's the trailer. How cool is that? Let's return to the Bridge and do the same thing. This time I'll make it go in Encore as an asset. And as you can see here, it's pretty smart. It recognizes it's already in here so there's no reason to do this twice. Here's the movie. It's already an asset, which means you can bring it into your production if it's already here. So I can just double click on the trailer. I can see that the actual timeline down here and I can scrub and watch it inside of Encore. Once again, this is the asset. So what you want to do is bring something else in. So what I'll do is I'll go ahead and click on a picture of my buddy, this is my cat Dash who I use occasionally in the tutorials and yes, I know, he's something else. Little handsome little fella. And what I'm going to do is I'm going to click on this picture and choose File, Open in Encore as an asset. And any project that has my cat is a valuable asset. Just don't tell him I said that.
