For those of you who like to keep track of things that you use over and over again, such as a company logo or a particular background image, you can use the ability to import those things directly into Encore's Library and find it a very useful feature. As you see here, in the Library we have a ton of things already and, of course, you could filter them out by using these little buttons down here. And you notice that I don't have anything in Images right now. So let me talk about a couple of ways to get an image in here. Now, I have an image on my Desktop, so if I want to navigate to this, I can go to this New icon down here, click New Item and then I can navigate for it and here it is. I want to bring in an image of one of my characters. The world's toughest ant ever; Black Zero. And there he is, all scarred up with his battle armor and now this is in the Library. So I can drag that out as many times as I'd like to into my presentation. So I can just go and click on him and bring him into the Project Panel as you see here and that's the beauty of the Library. I can open up different projects and drag him right on in there as you saw there. Now, how else can I bring him into Encore? Well, another way is by choosing to open him as an Asset. So I'll go over to File and Asset and I'll go to my Desktop again. Let's see here. And go to this Logo Folder and I'll choose to bring in two things. I'll bring in the Black Zero logo and the same guy. Alright? I'll click Open and here he is. Here's Black Zero and here's the logo. So let's say that I wanted to do a series of DVDs and I always want to use this logo or I want to use this logo on different menus. Well, I can just drag him right on into the Library. So now I have the logo and I have the world's toughest ant ever. Now let's talk about another way to bring this in; drag and drop. So I go to my Desktop and go to that Finder Window and there he is again. And by the way, no, he never smiles. That's, that's how he looks when he's happy. And here's the logo. What I could do now is drag them right into the Library as well. Just kind of get the windows kind of close to each other like so and click and drag right on in here until you see the plus sign. Then let go. Now, of course, since I already put it in there, I get a little message that says it's already there. Do I want to replace it? So I can say no or I can replace it. Encore is smart enough to realize that you already have something in the Library. So those are the ways you can use to bring content into Encore's Library so that you can have them at your disposal to use throughout your project.
