In this movie, let's continue to look at the Contribute Fundamentals; let's look at the Editing options on our Editing Toolbar. Right now we're in a website that I have a connection to, I can click Edit Page this will connect me to that site, it'll create a draft of this page and then it's going to bring me a completely different toolbar, the Editing Toolbar. Up here at the top are Actions, we can Publish, we can Send it For Review, we can Save it For Later which means it's going to Save a Draft for us, maybe we want to do that so we can work offline or we can just completely discard that draft. So those are your Action buttons on this Editing Toolbar. Notice the Tab up here, it tells us our File Name we're in the index.HTML file tab or the index.HTML file. Over here next is a Link Option, it gives you options below there, you know that because you have the Down Arrow, we'll actually go in and add links and things like that to our websites that we create. Next thing over is our Images, we can Add Images from several places, when we do add images we'll actually get an Image Editing Toolbar. Next thing over is a Table, we can Add a Table when you click that button you don't get the down arrow so you don't get a drop-down list you actually get a dialog box to put in your information so you can add that table to your website. If you Add a Table then these options will be available, Rows and Columns. The next button over is your Page Properties, we'll actually look at those specific options, again it brings up the dialog box and you go in there and add the things that you want. We have the good old Spell Check, definitely something to do, don't forget about that, never hurts to do a Spell Check. Compare Page Display in Browsers, this is a really awesome feature in Contribute where it will show you what your website looks like in different browsers because it does change across browser platforms, sometimes just a little bit, sometimes quite a bit. Next thing is, I can choose just a specific browser to view this in if I want to. And then the last one is simply if I have an Included file I can Edit that. Below there if I highlight some text or click in some text down here you'll see this is my Text Toolbar, this is my Styles area, my Fonts, my Sizes and here's Bold Italic, here's all my Alignments. We've got Numbered and Bulleted lists, we've got Increase and Decrease Indents, we've got Colors, everybody likes to change the colors. We can Highlight Text, you've got lots and lots of options and as we go through these you'll see what some more of these grayed out options can actually do. We can't get to them right now but we will later on. We'll actually use all those within our websites. Now let's discard this draft, we'll verify that yes we don't want to save any changes or publish that. Let's go to our homepages here let's go to our Contribute CS5 Blog and again we have our Browsing Toolbar, I could just type in here the name of a different blog If I change my mind or a website. What I'm going to do is click Connect that way I have the ability to edit and grab a hold of some of these blog entries then we can look at that Editing Toolbar. So right now I'm connected, doesn't look like a lot has changed, I can go up here Select this Test Entry and see how my options have changed. I've got some Action buttons, I can Edit Entry, it's going to Create a Draft for me and then I can go in here and work on this. Notice I still have some action buttons, they're a little different, Publish and Save for Later and Discard. I have the Link option again, I've got Image, I've got Enclosure this time and enclosure is I can add maybe an audio file, we'll actually do those. As you go across here you'll see different options, very similar to what we had before all of them, this one is Insert Trackbacks, Tables, Spell Checks, a lot of the same things we had before. Right here is our Main Blog Metadata Toolbar, it's got the Blog, it's got the Title, I could go in there change that title if I want to, I could also Add Tags, we'll talk about tags later on. Now the Secondary Metadata Toolbar will have the Date, the Time, I can change that if I want to, Labels if I have those set up within my blog, if I need to Refresh my Labels, allow Trackbacks and Comments, do I want to allow people to add comments there. Then of course I went down and highlighted some text and you can see I've got Styles, I've got Bold Italic, I've got my Alignments, my Numbered Bulleted list, my Indents and Outdents and of course Coloring and things like that over here. So the Formatting of your Text is going to be very similar both in sites and in blogs. So we'll stop here and we'll look a little bit more at Contribute Fundamentals in the next movie.
