Subtitles of the Movie

So the next thing I need to do now is I need to send these comments back to Sam and to do that what I'm going to do here is I'm going to click on the Export Comments Button. I'm going to choose the Desktop like that and click OK and then overwrite the existing file so that I've got the new comments and now if I switch back to the reviewer application here, then what I can do now is I can go ahead and I can import those comments. Let me just go into here, choose the Desktop and very quickly do this. And now to see the comments I can click on Show All Comments and you can now see that I have the author reply, which has been accepted. So in this case now what I can do here is I can edit that if I wanted to or I can add a new comment and to see the actual comments on the interface here itself, then again I can just click like so and you can see here now that we've got the green tick against that comment with the author's reply symbol. That's fine so I can click on that one and if I do that, then you can see that I also get the information from the author themselves, which is great and then same here. Click on that, just close that one. There we go and you can see the author's reply here. OK, so I'm just going to close that comment here. The last thing I want to show you before I close the reviewer application is that if I choose Options, you can see all the other options that are available here such as Reviewer Help, also the ability to check for updates which is worth doing on a regular basis. So I'll just close the reviewer application and now I'm back inside the project itself. So now what I'm going to do is I'm actually going to close the project like that and then reopen it and what should be happening is you should be seeing a message box indicating that this project has been sent for review and for some reason that's not working. I'm not exactly sure why but there we are so what I am going to do however is show you how that you can clear all the comments. OK, let me just very quickly import those comments and I think I know what's happening here. OK, I'm just going to close that, go to Comments here, see if I can bring these comments back in. No, Captivate now is throwing a little bit of a wobbly here. But basically what you should be able to do is that when you see the Comments Panel, to clear all the comments panel you can just click the Clear Button that appears in the actual Comments Panel itself.
