Now I just want to leave a few closing thoughts with you in regards to furthering your education of Version Que. Now this is the color version of the file that we talked about in the last segment. This is the new black and white version. And what we're seeing here is the black and white version. Now this is actually the current version. This icon that we're seeing here. The thumbnail is of the version that we've created last. But let's say the client comes back and says, "you know what, the original is the one that I like better. Let's go with that one or at least for the time being let's go for it." What we could do - notice if I right click on the new version, the one that is currently being used, I just have the option to view it which will open up in Photoshop. But I can also right click on the old version and I could also select Promote to Current Version. So if I'm going to click that. That's currently not working for me. Another way to do that is by right clicking on the main thumbnails here and going down to Versions. This will open up all the different versions here and we'll see the current version and past versions. So what we can do is select this past version and select Promote to Current Version. And it will actually make a new version so it's basically taking in the first version and making a third version. And that way you don't have to remember which one in the past was the best one. It will automatically make a new version. And we could say this is the one the client liked best after all. C'est la vie. And can hit save. And then our third version which is the same as our first one is now the current version as we can tell by the little bit of grain here in the thumbnail. Now I'm going to go over to Photoshop here. Let's delete this and go to File Open. And let's go to Version Que, making sure that we're opening up a Version Que file. This will only work if your opening up a Version Que file. So don't bother opening this up from your desktop or what have you. Open it up from your Version Que Project. I'm going to hit Open. And let's just make some kind of change. I'll just make a little scribble here. Let's go to File, Save a Version now. And I'll just say blah, blah, blah doesn't matter. Hit Save. So we saved an additional version of this. Now let's go to File and then Save As. And then notice at the bottom of the Save As dialogue box. This check box, it says, Save as Alternate of Alligatorfeeding.jpg. So we can actually create a relationship between the current file and this file that they are alternates. You might of noticed as we were working in Bridge that we have a version's view, which is basically different versions of the same file. But there are also is an alternate view. And we didn't actually save it so it's not here. But we could list the alternate files for this particular photo. This works out really well in InDesign especially because you might not know which photo you're going to use for a brochure, for example. Maybe if we were doing that Paris comp that we talked about earlier. Maybe your not sure if you want to use the Arch or the Eiffel Tower. And so you can set those up as alternates and you can switch them in InDesign. And again there is also the Version Que administrative utility that will allow you to use a server to lock people out, to set up reviews, and that type of thing. Again, those things are for your personal study if you want to take things to the next level. I just wanted you to be aware that that's what's possible with Version Que. Now let's go to talk about probably the highlight of this entire training series and that is product integration.
