One last really cool feature about Adobe Bridge is Adobe Stock Photos. In case you are unaware, Stock Photos are basically a way where you can go and buy really quality professional photographs and use them wherever you want. In times past if you wanted to get a really nice quality photograph you either have to hire a photographer or maybe lease out one of his images and then pay them whenever you use their work. So companies started coming out with this concept of Stock Photography where they would just take pictures of commonly used items like maybe a, clock or a football or something. And then you can go and just purchase that image and use it whenever you want to. So now Adobe has gotten into this game with Adobe Stock Photos. You get to the link to Adobe Stock photos through Adobe Bridge. If you scroll to the top of Favorites, you'll see that it is one of the favorites already made for you in the top portion of the Favorites tab. Click on Adobe Stock Photos and it will automatically take you to the internet. So if you don't have internet access you will not be able to access Adobe Stock Photos. Adobe Stock Photos is kind of in a way like a stock image broker. It has stock images from a bunch of the best photo companies out there. And so they have some really high quality images for you to search on. And if that were the end of the story I wouldn't of even brought it up. But it gets a lot cooler. Let's say for example your doing something on Paris, France. Maybe your making a brochure or maybe your mocking up a poster or a package or something where you need images of Paris - maybe some chocolates or something romantic. So I could just go ahead and do a search on Paris. As you can see here I have some really interesting options for search criteria. I'm just going to use the default and hit search. And so here are all these images on Paris. I'm going to click on this one and so here your seeing the magic of Adobe Stock Photos. Adobe Stock Photos is part of Bridge essentially. So we get to use all the powerful Bridge tools to browse these images. So I can use this thumbnail slider and drag it up to see bigger ones. I could also increase the size of my preview pane to see it much larger. I could also even rate it or rotate it. I could do any one of a number of things from right here in Adobe Stock Photos. This is absolutely monumental. I could go through and rate these, four stars. Dr. Triumph, that's pretty sweet. Give that another four stars. And I could say, "you know what, I've gone through. I've sorted my images. Just show me four or more stars." And then I could narrow it down and make my selection from here. Now if you find one that you think you'll like - the problem with most sites is that you have to pay to download it. Well Adobe Stock Photos you do have to pay to own it. Their not giving it away for free. But you can download what's called a Cop. A Cop is a lower quality version. And it's also a lot smaller. Not really appropriate for print. Well actually not appropriate for print anything probably bigger than a business card. And so its' nothing that you'd want to use on a high quality professional print job. But if your looking for images to kind of just play around with and experiment with and you want some nice photography, and it doesn't have to be the best quality, Adobe Stock Photos is a great place to go. Now under the Favorites tab here - once you have downloaded a comp you can just go ahead and just click on this button to get to the downloaded comp section. And then you can just click on Get Price on the selected image. It will tell you how much it is. So that way you can work with low quality art work and maybe the client that solicited you for the Paris job you could pass that cost onto them. So your out of pocket nothing and you've been able to deliver some really high quality stock photography. It's especially great if you're a student looking to kind of move up a little bit and you don't have the resources to become member of Corbis or PhotoSpin or one of these other really big companies that cost relatively quite a bit to sign up for their services and what not. Also if your kind of new to photography or Photoshop and you want to have some images to kind of experiment with to practice selecting and that type of thing, this is a great place to go as well. So in a nutshell that's Adobe Bridge. Let's move along to another helper inside of Bridge and the Creative Suite called Version Que.
