Subtitles of the Movie

Hello everyone my name is Dwayne Ferguson and I teach stuff and I also do other things when I'm not teaching stuff, great to meet you. Alright I just want to direct you to my website at DieHardStudio.com up here and I just want to show you some of the things that I do when I'm not teaching. I do comic books and technology books, animation; I'm also a part time Ninja and Neurosurgeon, that's true. So let's go ahead and show some of the stuff I work on. Here is Hamster Vice, these characters pretty much kick started my career way back in the 80's when it was cool to have shoulder pads, I know. So Hamster Vice is a series about animal cops and it's very, very funny. I worked on this a long time ago and I brought them back in a collected graphic novel, 146 pages of just laugh a minute. So check it out at my website. I also do animation; I'm working on my own adaptation of Edgar Allen Poe's Classic Story, one of my favorites of all time, The Tale-Tale Heart and mine is called the Larynx Edition and I'm animating this in a combination of different software because I get bored very easily. So I started in Blender, moved to Maya, now I'm in Lightwave, who knows where I'm going next, it's just how I roll. So check out my website guys, hopefully it will inspire you and something I definitely want to point out is that all of the tools that I use in my studio you can learn at VTC. I use Lightwave, I use Maya, I use Flash, Photoshop, Illustrator all that stuff and you can learn how to use those applications and you can become very proficient at them as long as you practice and realize that nothing's easy and it takes a lot of work and just never give up. You can do all kinds of cool stuff as long as you believe in yourself and you just realize that you have to really just commit yourself to doing this. Which means sometimes you got to close your door, lock everyone out and say, "Hey I'm working on the film, I believe in this project I'm going to make it happen."
