Now of course as often happens inside Acrobat whenever you're working with security you drop security onto your PDF File only to realize that you forgot to make a change to your document or you need to edit it in some way, but you can't because you put security onto it. So the big question is I've put security onto my PDF File how do I now get it off. Well as it turns out this is extremely simple here inside Acrobat, I'm going to head back to the File Menu- back down to Properties. I'm going to make sure that I'm on the Security Tab up at the top and as a matter of fact you can see down in the Document Restriction Summary, Not Allowed, all the way down the board, except for content copying for accessibility. Remember that's for those screen reading devices right? Now how do I remove the security from this document really easy? From the Security Method Menu up at the top I'm going to choose No Security. Acrobat wants me to confirm my permissions password, this is the second password remember. Hopefully you haven't forgotten your permissions password. OK Acrobat confirms with me, Am I really sure I want to remove security from my files, I will say OK. I'll allow down the board, that's fantastic, I'll click on OK again. Now just to make sure that security is removed from the file here I'm going to make sure that I save it and then I'm going to go back to the View Menu, back down to Toolbars and then I'll open up that Advanced Editing Toolbar. There it is there and I can see mistake and I can see all of my tools are now available and let's double check and see if our Print Function is available as well. I'll choose File and sure enough there's Print available down at the bottom of the File Menu. So there you go, there's removing security from your files.
