Subtitles of the Movie
Before starting 3D Studio MAX, let's make sure that our display settings are at least at the required minimum. To do this, go to the start button, click, go up to settings, to control panel and click, go to display and double click. Go to the last tab, settings. Now if your slider is already set to at least 1024 by 768, you don't need to do anything, just go to cancel. But if it's not, slide it up to at least 1024 by 768 and click OK. It may ask you to confirm or it may ask you to reboot, click OK or yes and your screen should be set correctly. correctly. .0] You can display it actually one of two ways by clicking the title, or by clicking this triangle to the right And when you see a split like this, you can access more than one toolbar, for example, we have the commenting toolbar and advanced commenting toolbar here. Okay now let's take a look at the individual toolbar here, I've got the commenting toolbar open. And you notice that I've got several options available here, when I click the triangle and I've even got some nested within the menu. And let's go to our actual toolbars here and I'll select another one. You go to the advanced commenting toolbar. In the advanced commenting toolbar you will see several icons on this. And when you click an icon, you see all of the tools that are available, and you can select a tool, such as the oval tool and that tool's icon will be displayed on the toolbar. You can also expand the button, see you’ve got everything available here, I can do the same thing here, show drawing toolbar, now whole drawing toolbar appears. Now let's take a look at another option we've got here, docking. You can dock a toolbar by clicking this little perforated, looks like a perforated tab. Just dragging it to the spot in the interface where you want to dock it. And when the height decreases, release the mouse button and it's docked. And you can undock it by dragging it and you can move a toolbar anywhere in the workspace by dragging its title. You could float any task button or any toolbar. And I will show you some of the other things you can do with toolbars in the next lesson.
