With these pieces of software, the sky is the limit when it comes to editing your very own video production. This VTC course will show you how to create a polished video sequence with the Creative Cloud's video editing software. You will not only learn basic editing, you will also learn how to create special effects such as energy swords, alien lasers, set extensions, fire, explosions, and more. Finally, everything will be brought together with audio and published as a cohesive package that can be presented on YouTube or any other venue of your choosing. (SFX) Hi, guys. My name is Chad Troftgruben and I would like to welcome you to the VTC Adobe CC Video Production Course. Throughout this eight hour course we'll be covering several topics involving Premiere and After Effects along with Audition. What we have done here is filmed an entire sequence of clips that make a rough story, it's kind of a stupid story to be honest with you. But the point is you'll be learning a lot of really great things throughout this course. We'll first start by taking the raw footage and compiling it all together. That way you have a rough cut to work with as we then bring certain clips into After Effects to put special effects and to just stabilize or to polish up. That will then lead us to a second cut of our video which will then allow us to go in and further refine and polish up these techniques and then add audio, music and then finally render out a final cut. You'll learn specifically throughout this course how to do certain special effects like create a gun cut which will allow us to make the illusion that something has been cut in half as you can see right there. We'll be learning how to create an energy sword. We'll be learning how to do lasers. We'll be learning how to do certain filters. We'll be learning how to stabilize footage. There are many different things we'll be learning through this course as well as compositing different video to make it seem like certain things are happening. For instance we'll create a set extension to make it look like there's more going on in the background than there actually is. We will overlay footage to create an explosion, fire which you probably already saw throughout this little preview here and much more. This is a crash course in how to use these two pieces of Adobe software and Audition as well, that is in there. And I am really excited to get going on this and hopefully you are too.
