Cheryl Brumbaugh-Duncan is committed to education and learning. She has been teaching individuals and companies through creative techniques, courses, books, on-line education and programs for over twenty years. She is CEO/President of Virtually Global Communications, which is a Web design & Development company with a focus in on-line education. She is the author of several books, "Look Your Best with Excel 4" published through QUE Publishing, "Flash 5 from Scratch" published through QUE Publishing, and "Flash MX Project" published through New Riders Publishing. When not working on technology, Web, or authoring projects, she is very busy taking care of her family, her husband David and their little girl, Tasmin Nicole.
