VTC does not provide technical support for network security applications and hardware.
NOTE: We strongly recommend that a user attempt to play demo movies from a primary device and network location first before purchasing a membership. If you can play movies from home but not at work, it's possibly due to restrictions set up by a network administrator.

VTC uses a login system to control access to the VTC Online University.
When logging in via the website, please remember to click the Logout button when finished with the system. Users who simply shut down their browser and fail to click the Logout button may not be able to log back in for up to 30 minutes. The system will automatically log out a user who has not played a movie within 30 minutes. Users can log back in after the 30 minute timeframe has passed.
It is important for users to log out of the VTC website if using the VTC AIR Player in conjunction with the website. If a user logs into the website and then tries to log in via the VTC AIR Player, the user may get a message indicating that someone else is already logged in using that username and password.
