VTC was founded in 1996 as a Training CD publisher, and started online delivery in 1997. Originally based in Silicon Valley, the company is now based in Virginia USA, with satellite offices in Australia, South Africa, UK, France and India.

VTC produces and delivers at least one new course a week, sometimes more often, via a dedicated team of authors and editors based in our office in USA.

To facilitate delivery of content, VTC produces a full fledged learning content management system at eduslide.com, with different versions for business and schools.

VTC also owns and develops iplotz.com, an online and offline software application to produce interactive mockups for web and software design, as well as miskio.com, a site combining project management, social networking, jobs and people discovery. Combined with education at vtc.com, these are tools that help to produce, manage and promote your work.
