VTC started producing the training movies in Flash format during the last quarter of 2007. This new VTC AIR Player can be used to access the Flash training videos right from your desktop. All new releases are available in Flash format and older titles are currently being converted to Flash (which is why you may not see a particular title available on this VTC AIR Player).

We have developed the player using Adobe AIR, the new technology from Adobe.

Adobe AIR run time is available for Windows, Macintosh and Linux operating systems.

To begin using the new player, you need to install the respective Adobe AIR run time for your operating system. Once the installation of the AIR run time is complete, download the VTC AIR Player. Double click on the vtcairplayer.air file to begin the installation process.

Once the installation is complete, you should find the shortcut on your desktop. Double click on the shortcut and a splash screen appears.

If you are a VTC Online University member, enter your username and password. Once your login credentials are validated, you will be shown the workspace.

If you have downloaded the new AIR Player to demo the VTC services, please click on the "Click for a free demo" link and follow the player guidelines. You can watch the first three chapters of our titles for free (excluding QuickStart! and MasterClass! titles, which offer only the first chapter).

If behind a firewall, be sure Adobe AIR and Flash are granted appropriate access and that the RTMP protocol (default port uses 1935) is not blocked.

VTC releases regular updates and the player will notify you when a new update is made available. You may choose to update the player or ignore the update request.

The VTC AIR Player synchronizes movie bookmarks, ensuring that bookmarks you've added from both from within this application, or www.vtc.com, appear the same. You can view bookmarks anywhere, at any time.
